Leopard gecko growth/selling on jaw

Hi all.

Could someone please offer info/assistance with my leopard gecko?
They have been molting and perhaps some of the skin did not come off and caused some form of abscess or something?
It naturally looks quite sore. :(

Thanks, I am in Port Elizabeth, Sunridge Park. Reason for finding "mommy and daddy" is basicly because there are quite simply little snakes popping out every couple days/weeks. I think that a relocation would be best to be honest. As mentioned in previous post GF friend has awesome small h...

I have since last post put iodine on the small wounds that the snake has incurred. It seems more mobile in the last few hours, so hoping that it will recover sufficiently. it observes my movement while holding it....moves its head/tongue!!! Hi, I rescued a small brown house snake from my one cat yesterday. it is probably 35-40cm long. I dont know how long the cat was playing with it but i eventually saved it and put it in a tank.
