Re: Changing Colours/Shades

I saw a thread just like this one on another reptile site (redtailboa.net) not to long ago about a brazilian rainbow boa doing the same thing. I think it happens with most snakes, though I have no idea why. Maybe some of the brainboxes on the forum can explain :D . can you please post the link Aaxel?

Re: What freaks you out ?

I think the things get high off Raid because I have never seen them die from it and if you squish them or attempt to move them they let out that black goo that smells for days no matter how you try to was it off...

Re: mold???

For my BRB I cut out all humidity all together. It's a pain in the ass. I keep her water on the cool side of the tank. When she goes into the blue I replace her hide with a shed box with a cut out entrance. Half filled with damp spaghnum moss half on and half off the heatpad (unless it's a hot summ...

Re: mold???

Ok so i decided to move the tank before i increase the size of vents and that seems to have fixed the problem, i now have the vents facing the window not against it to create a draft but about half a meter away, temps are steady and humidity holding.

Thanks Again

Re: ID Please

There is a corn for sale at my local rep shop that is brilliant white, and a bold orange similar to yours which is a plai...
