Agree with mitton on the bactroban also have had good results with F10 like he stated keep cage very clean and appropriate heating.
Im just throwing a stone in the bush here but could it be burns from light or heat emitter

Thanks Bob H i gave it a whirl last night in some darker feeding bin and so they both took pinks i only had to be careful not to startle them otherwise they would drop them but thanks again
ill keep on feeding them at night until they are feeding properly without any problems
