ID Please

Hi All I've found this little guy in our washing in our room. I don't know what it is but I'm thinking in the line of a squirrel maybe. Can someone please ID it? Found it near All-days in Limpopo. 20131217_202545_resized_2.jpg 20131217_202537_resized.jpg 20131217_202526_resized.jpg Thanks Lukas

Re: Glass sliding tracks

I would recommend the plastic sliding tracks. I've had a cage with wood sliding tracks but it gave me allot of problems. I know I saw those plastic tracks once at Tip Top pet shop in Centurion. Otherwise you can make the front a solid glass with the top of the cage as a lid with hinges.

Re: Burmese python not eating

Maybe offer him a rabbit. Otherwise put him in low-hot water for about an hour a day for three days in a row. Then offer him a rat on the forth day. Usually works for me with the ball pythons.
Good luck

Re: Whats with the cycle

I think I have noticed the same thing. It's not on geckos but ball pythons. At the beginning of March I have noticed a lock. The female have shed 7 days ago and is busy going through a drastic color change. I can't think that she will be laying eggs soon but all the signs are there...

Re: Ball python hatchling morph identification

Thanks guys. Yes I agree, definitely one of the best snakes to keep and even breed. I've had red tail boas, corns and house snakes. They all are not bad but the moment I got my first ball I got rid of all the others. One of the eggs in the clutch was halfway rotten but it hatched so maybe it could b...

Hi to all! I recently hatched a clutch of ball pythons. The breed was Normal with Normal. There is 5 healthy, eating hatchlings from the clutch. Four of them are exactly the same colour and then there is one that is alot darker. First I thought that after the first shed he will change his colour but...
