Re: Day Gecko in need of treatment ASAP

I agree with Bushviper.

I need to klap the owner, and demand for a vet visit.

I'll be heading back again tomorrow. It's disgraceful

Day Gecko in need of treatment ASAP

Good day Today I found this poor Day Gecko at a local pet shop in Johannesburg. The employees working there are trying their best to treat his foot yet the owner refuses to pay vet bills and fees! Can anybody please help me out and maybe find the cause of this and what disease he may have, his foot ...

Re: Whitelipped colour

Perhaps I had a lucky find?
I too, have never seen a white lip with this sort of colouration.
But a lot of people are saying that it is indeed a white lip.

Thank you everyone for your feedback and help.
I appreciate it.

Re: Whitelipped colour

Good Evening

Thanks you so much for the feedback!

Are you 100% sure that he is a White-lip tree viper?
I need to be very positive as to what I'm dealing with.

Getting him on pinks was a nightmare!

Whitelipped colour

Hey guys, this may be a silly question, but I have searched for answers tirelessly. Recently I gathered up the courage to purchase a white lip, and have it feeding on pinkies etc. That is not my question. He is a male, (white striped along the side) yet he has a red stripe underneath his white strip...

Re: Red-Eyed Crocodile Skink/Tribolonotus gracilis

Thank you for the feedback, the news makes me sad. However, I'm sure I can say among the rest of the members, never to support wild-caught. :)

Re: Red-Eyed Crocodile Skink/Tribolonotus gracilis

I have read up alot on these little guys, apparently they are pretty easy to keep! You can even keep a pair together, and then even a family. Very docile, shy and nocturnal. But the main reason as to why they are rare, is that they were only found in 1994, still, we should have them in this country ...

Hi, I'm trying to find a pair of these remarkable creatures, (Red-Eyed Crocodile Skink/Tribolonotus gracilis) I have searched most of Gauteng, but there is not much information based on these skinks in South Africa. Do you know of any Import/Export companies that I could try pay and talk to, so I co...
