Re: Rhino viper Bitis nasicornis pictures

That is a beautiful Bitis nasicornis ;-) I know this is an old thread but this nicely illustrates that even after several years and the publication of a paper detailing a supposed 5 way division in Mr Hoser's "Journal", a google search for "Bitis hoserae" still only throws up a s...

Re: European venomous snake commmunity in shock.

It came as a hell of a blow to me..... I took the call to say he had been bitten.... (we're on his emergency contact list) I could hear what was going on as they worked hard to try and save him....

Re: Dendroaspis viridis bite - West African Green Mamba

Wishing you a speedy recovery. I know of several people who received bites from Dendroapis angusticeps during 2009.... never a good situation to be in.

Re: Hello from England!

Thanks Bushbaby! I tend to lose track of what forums I am registered on. I have been on some reptile sites since the early 90’s. I’m sure a few from South Africa will know who I am but I will up an intro post when I get chance... (waiting for a plumber to come and sort a leaking pipe at the moment)....

Re: Hello from England!

Slangman, I can tell you that Liverpool to Southampton is 186 miles... but I have no intention of going down there. Were about in Liverpool are you? I work just across the road from the Royal Liverpool Hospital

Just realised that I have been registered here for ages but have not put up many posts.
