Yesterday we have been in the "Forest" after the snow has nerly completely gone.

So the nexxt step is done: Image

Tomorrow I will dry the rest of the Bork in the oven to complete the project.

I think you are right. This must be a supspeces of tropidorstenum.
He looks nearly the same es my trpidosternums. Only difference is the stripe on the side.

Building a new home

It is at the time to Build the new Vavarium for Boaedon capensis. My husband had already done his work and buildet the Vivarium out of ESB. It is an Hyperolius spec.. But I dont think it is h. puncticulatus, the pattern seem to look bit different. This is one of my H. puncticulatus: http://jey1987.magix.net/album/alle-alben/!/oa/6751370-87899976 The stribe at the side is not as long as the stripe of the frog on your picture.

Which ground do you use? And do you use an automatical sprincling -system (don´t know how it is cald in english) or do you spray per hand?

I never have had mold in one of my Vivariums, and all mY setups are natural. You can use a lot of different plants. The easiest are Epipremnum aureum, Philondendron scandens and Ficus benjamini. Also you can use musa spec. but there a lot more plants. I hope you know, that the humidity cresties need...

I Also use it in Rainforest-Vivs, no problem. But thean you have tue use other glue. For my Frogs I use 2-K-parquet-adhesivs mixed with Turf.

The heat you have in a viv is also no problem.

It is 2-K-PU foam wich I have graved, and afterwards I used mortar. Then Wood glue (3D) with Sand on it ready.
