Re: Is this an egg?

Ok, thank you.
So if there is they should pass on their own and when all is out I can put her by the male again.
But all should be out before I put her back with the male?

Sorry for all the questions but I am rather 100% on this before I loose her or put her health more in red.

Thank you Bushviper Just to confirm if I feel eggs should I apply a bit of pressure and they should pop out? or should I then just ensure that they come out over the next couple of days? If not take her to a vet, is she then egg bound? And if I can't feel anymore bumps I can put her back with the ma...

So the second one will also be a slug. Will she do this until then?
And why is this happening?

Re: Is this an egg?

This morning I found one more egg, looks a bit better then the first one and what seems to be a sperm plug. Googled some images (got some nasty ones) but the color and shape is more or less the same Not sure if it came before or after the egg, but again only the one egg. How long do I have to get th...

Re: Is this an egg?

So the rest is on the way? Will it be days, weeks or will only time tell?
I have added the egg box, I will keep close eye on her 24/7.

Re: Is this an egg?

Why only the one? will there be more? I was under the impression that they will lay all at once.
Obviously that one that I did not see dried due to not enough humidity.

The swelling is a bit less now but you can see she is still heavy and swolen at the back. She is just about to shed (if the hook wa...

Re: Another problem

Great. Thank you and sorry for hijacking the post.
What happened with mine is the male preformed and went crazy for about 4 times on the 4th introduction I witness a successful hook up.
The next introduction they did nothing. She is very swollen and went pale 2/3 days ago about to shed.

Re: Another problem

Just a question on this. When the male loses interests, is it then safe to say they hooked successfully?
