hi

This little snake was found in urban area. It is not an indigenous snake but I can also not find out on the internet what it is. We asked around in the neighborhood but nobody is breeding or keeping snakes.

That is a Striped Harlequeen Snake, and believe it or not it is indiginous! Beautifull snakes. They are venemous, but not dangerous to humans. Very nice find!!!! Release it somewhere nearby where there is little human activity.

Read more on it, it is actually the spotted harlequin or gevlekte kousbandjie in Afrikaans.
