Pregnant leopard gecko?

Postby Lillypod » Tue Oct 23, 2012 7:07 pm

How can I tell if my leopard gecko is gravid? She looks a bit fatter around her belly and I can see white stuff inside her when I check her belly. Will try and add a picture soon.

Will try and take pic tomorrow, the lighting is bad... But she is so much fatter! What should I do if she is gravid? This would be my first time breeding a reptile and I'm very excited!

Just pop in a container around the size of a 2lt ice-cream tub with a little section cut out from it. Big enough for her to get through. Place some moist moss in it, the stuff you but from the petshop. And hey presto! If she is gravid she will lay in there, just check up everyday in the moss if she has layed. You will notice that she will have decreased in girth as well. Pop the eggs into the an incubator, don't turn the eggs.
