You'd be lucky to find any REAL Theraphosa blondi. They generally hatch out at 1.5 to 2 cm. Don't buy anything sold as 1st Instar as there are lots of "Goliath Birdeaters" sold as 1st Instar at about 1cm. There are very few succesfull eggsacks around, so if you find someone selling, first ask around if the person can be trusted

Is T. blondi called an Goliath birdeater?

They are rare enough that countries like Germany are still importing WC animals. Beware of name or colour hunting with T's. Best to go with something that is 3cm shorter and doesn't take 8 yrs to mature.
If I'm gonna be an old, lonely man, I'm gonna need a thing, you know, a hook, like that guy on the subway who eats his own face. So I figure I'll be Crazy Man with a Snake, y'know. Crazy Snake Man. And I'll get more snakes, call them my babies, kids won't walk past my place, they will run. "Run away from Crazy Snake Man, " they'll shout!”

It seesm birdeaters can mature earlier.

But what about the survival rates of eggsacks?
