Spider ID

could someone please ID this spider for me and maybe give me an idea what the bite would do. My fiance is freaking out about it and wants to know everything about it lol.

that looks like a velvet spider to me.Its harmless so nothing to worry about

I would be far more worried about a mosquito that this little fellow. Its basically harmless.

Correct all. Velvet spider (Eresidae)
And as has been said already, totally harmless.
