Try Emerald Casino's animal centre, they've got all the contact numbers to help you

Even if you get all the contact numbers I highly doubt that you will get a permit to import P sebae

Rock pythons are indigenous and even if it's a proven morph you like, no permit will be given, as this will pose a threat to local populations

Not really. P sebae is exotic and to date I dont know of any cross breeding with Python natalensis. There is no harm in applying.
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

If you are willing to pay for the snake, import and quarantine then the permit costs would not be a factor. Best is to get hold of your local office as suggested.
There is something that is much more scarce, something finer by far , something rarer than ability.
It is the Ability to recognise Ability

AM Python, I appreciate your enthusiasm, but you can't expect us to do all the work for you.

Pick up the phone and find out for yourself or better yet, go to your local NatCon office and talk to the guys.

BV will tell you doing an import is not child's play and ends up costing a lot more than you see advertised on the international forums.

Here is a nice post outlining a lot of the costs involved:
