Was just going to say those two cobras look like they were my Naja kaouthia which were sent to Perry's bridge. One normal and one Suphan phase, both of which have a clear monocle mark on the back of hood.

the cobra is a monocle cobra naja kouthia. I think this is one of their suphans (Edit: sorry like an idiot I only read the first pages comments)
