You've obviously misunderstood my comment. I'm not questioning why they have them under 24 hour surveillance, Im asking Jacquesvw why they'd go through the trouble of keeping them under surveillance if they'd prefer to have the rhino poached anyway so they can claim the insurance. If there was no money in keeping them, what incentive would there be to keep a rhino when you're constantly at risk of losing it to poachers?
