Brilliant pics MrG... That firs puffie is amazing!

Rinkhals seems to be on the skinny side or is it just "standing tall"?

The rain did seem to help as i was called out for ANOTHER night adder at our local Right Value Supermarket.

I wish i could get more call outs like yours!!! lol

The Rinkhals is in good condition, just the pose I think.

Yeah, it is definitely summer here in PE. On Saturday we had a boomslang in a car engine, Sunday a sub adult Rock monitor was dropped off and this morning a Puff Adder... I wonder what is on the schedule for tomorrow?

Nice pics MrG, Loving the second puffie.

Just for interest sake, how many upper and lower labial scales is a Puffie supposed to have? Aswell as the Postocular scales...

Cheers

MV, they don't have post-oculars and pre-oculars. All the scales around the eye are known as circumorbital rings. They should have about 10-16.

They have 12-17 upper labials and 13-17 lower labials.
