Thought I should share with you folks.Did scale count but im not sure.Got a few tips from Mongoose on ID so i hope i got this right. Amblyodipsas concolor.......

Yes that is A.concolor

How was this specimen collected?

Nice find. I'm also sure it's A. concolor. The other species up there will be A. polylepis but there scales will appear smaller (polylepis = many scales).

Good thing it is not a Stiletto... I would really like to find some of these, so make sure you find a strong colony before I visit next month :)

well i found two of them in bout 4 months.Unfortunately before I met you Mongoose but i'll keepyou posted.Just waiting for them defilippii to 'drop' in.

It was a call out as always.Im sure if we have a proper look well find some!

You probably just need a large amount of rain, and then do some road cruising...that ought to flush them out! Hopefully the rain falls this week and not next!

Well its been driseling since yesterday afternoon till this morning.Sun poped out again and it humid as hell.Hope to get a callout or two.....
Oh i found a flattened flapneck just now on the road,poor thing...

well that was sort off what i did.but it ended in fishing........Will be trying again today as it rained last night and humidity is raising again.
