Egg Problem

Egg Problem

Postby Kennyakagera » Wed Nov 28, 2012 6:42 pm

Hi Guys

Got a bit of a problem, my eggs turned brown a few days back. I thought it was a sign of the babies ready to come out. But its was pretty weird because they were kept at around 25 C so it should have take more than 70 days. Today I checked and there were some tiny little worms on the eggs ...
It sounds bad I know...
What should I do ?

Thanks guys

Regards.

I would cut a slit in one of the eggs and see what is going on inside. Secondly clean the worms off the eggs. Cover the tub in a ladies stocking to stop more flies from getting in there. 25 was a bit cold I think.

Thank you very much BV I'll do that today. My two clutch of c.hotemboeia did pretty well at 25 c but it take a way longer obviously ....
Thanks again
