You are in the wrong place for aurora's especially if you want to find one in a hurry! They are very common in certain areas of KZN but i personally have never heard of or seen one from anywhere near Balito. You should do basic homework before getting a snake.

I'll argue that.

Aroura's are not common in Kwa Zulu Natal at all. You will not find them in coastal regions in KZN certainly no where near Balito.
They are located more so in the Midlands and montane grass lands in Kwa Zulu Natal.

Having said that collecting wild snakes for captivity is not particularly encouraged.

You are welcome to argue boet. I know of 3 places near PMB that are guaranteed to come up with an aurora or 2 within 30 minutes! Believe, don't believe it - either way it is no skin off my nose.

Chopper, read Foobles post properly.

PMB is definitely not considered to be a KZN Coastal Region, it is actually considered to be more part of the KZN Midlands Region.
I would say that this fairly accurately falls in line with what Fooble said.

Not saying they don't occur in KZN, fact is they are not as common as in the other provinces where they occur.
