worried about blue tongued skink

Hi guys
I'm a bit worried about my new skink...he is eating well and is pretty active for a skink, but every now and then he lets out a sort of gasp. Not to sure how to describe it but he roams around he's tank and then from time to time he lets out what sounds like a person sneezing but holding their nose.Sort of like a harsh breath out through the nostrils,is this normal or should i get him to a vet asap.Love this guy and if he is sick i want to sort him out right away, temps are right and substrate isn't dusty.I need some advice here please.
thanks
Neil

I see no one has replied. How is your Blue Tongue now? I wold suggest you take it to a reptile vet and have it checked out.

He seems to be ok now,he tends to do it when he get's excited about food or getting out of he's cage for a trip to the backyard.I don't know of any reptile vet in P.E,if anyone knows of one that would be great.
