True, out of the 57 venomous snakes I relocated while I was up there, the one time I did not use the tools that were at my disposal, it was snake number 57 that tagged me. As I admitted in a previous post, it was due to my own negligence, and the fact that I did not take the proper precautions, the fact that I chose to use my hands instead of the grab and hook sticks that I had with me. That's the facts. Make of it what you will. As far as having no idea of what you do and do not do, fortunately I have seen photographic evidence of what you do, so I'm pretty sure that my impressions are sound. Do you think before you type? Do you think before you do anything? You really are NOT helping your case here.

Lets it slide Sico, you've given enough advice. If he wants to be stubborn, let him be; his obviously not interested in learning.

Sico, I'm done, again this is not helping anybody. You have your ways and I have mine.

You made some very good points, with are noted and it sounds like you are well experienced. I believe if we have "met" under different circumstances we would have had allot to talk about and it would have been very different conversation.

To be honest, if I knew the photos I posted would have caused such a unpleasant story, I would never have posted them, then also I never thought they would make there way to SAreptiles.

Who I am can not be defined by 4 photos.

Hahaha Nice demotivational pic Monopeltis. @ John Eckley: Just because sico was tagged by a mamba and you have not does not make you more experienced in any way.

It makes you a lucky cowboy.

It seems someone is having he's period!!! Clearly you have nothing better to do.. In all the pics you posted of Arno, he has or is handling snakes with propper snake handling equipment!

I guess Arno (one of the leaders in snake bite in this country) won't be helping any of you cowboys when your beloved snakeys, latch onto your forehead...

Ps: I didn't know Koos Kombuis handled snakes.. I'm impressed!

Good Day.

Would the admin of the site kindly remove these crappy images that Quintin van Deventer posted.
They for the most part do not fit with the thread and any photo's where we can see hooksticks or handling equipment simply is BORING.

Bye for now.
