Hi Gavin,

Thanks for sharing the link.
The website says that I am unauthorised to access the document. Is there something I need to do to register?

I emailed the address listed on the form and they told me R100

"Does "Country of Origin" mean to which country does is the species native (Australia) or the country in which the specimen was born (South Africa)?"

It's a good question, I think I interpreted it as the species native country.

Nope those wheels turn slow if at all.
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.
