Hi guys. I am a new member that is just starting to keep African species. I currently have 1.2 south African house snakes and want to do an import a little later in the year. I'm not sure but do you guys count Madagascar as south Africa? Because I also have 1.1 Pictus geckos.

Welcome here. You have not stated where you are from.
Madagascar is classed as Africa but not Southern Africa.

Staten Island, New York in America. We have ridiculous regulations here so I can't keep a lot of animals.

I cant keep monitors, tegus, boas, pythons, venomous, spiders, scorpions, centipedes, iguanas, and snapping turtles. And my stupid city wants to put more up there.
