The comment period closed and all the recommendations were worked into the document. It will be discussed in its final form and then go off into the approval process. We will communicate it once the approval process is concluded.

Hi all,
Any updates on this proposal. I have been looking for an answer for months, but I can't seem to find an answer.
Any ideas?
Regards,

So judging from the above documentation, if I read it correctly (not so sure though), Ball Pythons in the Eastern Cape don't require permits now? I'm in PE.

Nope. The powers that be are being really slow about signing this proposed legislation. Dont break the law now because of what MIGHT be signed in future.
