Hi Guys,
I just wanted to give you an update on my big girl, she is doing much much better.I has been a long and very repetitive couple of week but I'm happy to be able to say that she is out of danger now... Basically here is the"treatment" I gave her, so as many as you guys advised me :
- Put her in a well ventilated plastic tub
- Keep her warm and very humid
- I change her water every single day
- Put toilet paper as substrate and change it whenever it litters it
- if she is refusing to eat, force feed her with eggs
- Try to give her food every two days and remove the food if she doesn't take it
- I personally gave her 2 times ciprofloxacine which is a wide spectrum antibiotic (10 mg per kilos) every 48-72hours
- Avoid handling.
- And clean the tub every 3 days.
And hopefully she will get better ...
Anyway thanks everybody for your help !
The best moment is when she is finally eating by herself.
Cheers
