Breeding Feeder Mice

Hi people,

I have had a snake for 6 years, and due to problems finding food have also been breeding mice on a small scale for 4 years or so. I have now gone and baught 4 more snakes, and I am planning to get another 4 or so this year.

My question is - If it is "illegal" to feed live mice to your pet snakes. What is the acceptable / legal way to kill them? I have read everything, mailed the NSPCA and none of their so called "solutions" will ever happen. I just want to know what the so called "right" way is to do this?
