Mongoose, your photo: Somewhere in the lowveld. The small bushes look like small Combretum or possibly mopane and that one white barked thing looks like a Witgat (Boscia albitrunca), so I would guess the area around Phalaborwa or maybe even further south towards Klaserie?

Tony, your last photo: The white dunes makes me think south coast near Witsand, so my guess is De Hoop NR?

And Mongoose, you'd better keep quiet next time. We also want a go at guessing! I'll add a couple tomorrow!

Yes Andre both are dehoop, the latter being dehoop Vlei. More tomorrow.

I'll accept the Lowveld - It was taken in south Kruger National Park, west of Skukuza.
