If you could find anything...

Postby Durban Keeper » Sun Jun 27, 2010 5:13 pm

Imagine being out in the bush and coming across something that's never been found. Something unusual and special. Even in your wildest dreams, what would you like to find?

Im hiking up in northern zululand and as I flip a decaying log, I come across an albino Filesnake! Bright yellow scales with lavender skin in between, sporting its white dorsal stripe and small beady red eyes... At least in my dreams :)

Did you take your dream filled boot and squash it ;)

Some snakes would just look awe full in albinism.

I've always had the dream of finding an albino A. l. lubricus, but now that I'm no longer in Namaqualand I'll have to find a new target.

Ha ha, just saying the normal type are so awesome why find an albino.

I would take finding a undescribed/new species over any genetic abnormality personally.

Have to agree with you there Fooble. I did say something that has never been found... so an undescribed species would be the ultimate I think.

I reckon just finding anything is awesome especially something I've never found, its all about the species count ;) as long as I'm out I'm quite happy :)

This might sound a little lame, but an L. aurora would be a real thrill for me!
