Brown and Black snakes

I always keep a supply of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.

You mean 4 species of Taipan ?
It also depends how you feel about mtDNA analysis as WW mentioned an issue with O. scuttelatus canni a while ago.

Well it depends, the coastal taipan has 3 subspecies so you could say 5 species of taipan, you right it depends on how you look at it.
I always keep a supply of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.

As far as I know there are the three, namely - scutelattus, microlepidotus and temporalis? Is it correct to include a subspecies as a species (canni)?
