I hope you don't mind Deon...

They occur in East Africa (Central African) and are one of only two Boiga (Toxicodryas) species that occur on the african continent and can reach 3m in length. They are very aggressive and will not hesitate to bite !

They should be able to deliver a severe bite (postsynaptic neurotoxin) although deaths from this species have not been recorded.

Blanding tree snakes pray on pretty much anything they can swallow including birds, rodents and lizards and are not hard to keep in captivity (that is if you can get any and have the right setup).

Boiga is a hugely underrated genus in my opinion !
