hedgehog advise

Hi all
So its been a while,,,,,
My gf has had a pair of hedgehogs for some time now,,, she says she thinks the female is pregnant,,, I don't know anything about hedgehogs,,,, but we see she is picking up weight quite fast and her nipples seem to have started showing,,,
How can I tell if she is really pregnant?
And if so is there anything we need to do for her?
