Loading pics in RIP

Hello Techie Magicians

I posted a topic in the RIP section but it gives me an error "Sorry but the board quote is full" everytime I try and add a picture.
Me being blonde have absolutely no idea what this means.

Please assist

I have raised the space available to attach pics so you can go ahead now and you should not get an error.
