My Girlfriends took this 'ama ifoto' whilst at the Kia Lodge in Tanzania , any idea on what it is?

Obviously part of the Agama family, but not sure which one. Sorry. I'm sure someone will be able to help.

This is a red-headed rock agama (Agama agama). I could be corrected on the exact genus.

I would also assume that it is a male in breeding colours.

Yup ...Paul's got it.... a male red-headed agama in breeding colours.... they are about as common as flies around a turd up in the tropics... even in the middle of town :shock:
