Best handling lizard/gecko

I'm looking for the best handling lizard/ gecko. By handling I mean it likes to be held in your hand or enjoys sitting on your shoulder. I would love to get a beardie, but sadly their illegal in my area . So any one have another lizard for me? Maybe an Iguana, or are they also illegal? Another thing, I know a guy in Kuilsrivier that has a beardie but he says that he has a special permit for it. Didn't believe him thou.

Green iguanas are also illegal.

I heard that African fat tails are legal now, but you will have to ask around. I know creasted gecko's are also legal.

Hmmm cresties sounds about good, although they are nocturnal and would not like to be held in day light. Do you guys maybe know if Iguana's are legal?

You can hold them during the day, I just find geckos to be more active at night.

Bjorn has bred Cresties before, try asking him if he has any left.

As I said before Iguanas are still very illegal.

Lizards do not generally like sitting on your shoulder. They will tolerate it but if a gecko gets a fright it will jump and that generally means the insides will be "out sides" and it will linger and die.

Rather get a parrot or parakeet to sit on your shoulder.
