help with my Agama aculeata, please

Hello my name is pablo and i come from spain, i have a couple of Agama aculeata, and i wanna know all about them. how to know what is the male and the female, how to look good after them, how to reproduce them...everything that you know. please answer me here, or add me to my msn and we will talk. thanks

Okay, I played around on the net a bit.

I couldn't find much info, so I'll post what I found, and what my experiences are with them.

Obviously they are insectivorous. Their natural diet consists mainly of termites and ants. You can try get them onto crickets and mealworms. They prefer crickets though.

They will require UV light or direct sunlight, as most lizards do. Cage temperature shoudl be kept around 25 degrees Celcius, with a nice basking spot. They are usually solitude animals, but will come together in mating season.

They don't grow very big. SVL (Snouth to Vent Length) is usually around 10cm. Males usually have blue on the sides of their heads, where the females are usually just brown.

The cage should be as big as you can afford. A minimum size would be at least 1.2 meters long and about 50cm wide and 50cm high. Up to twice that size would still be acceptable.

You need UV light as well as a basking light. If possible the lizard should be taken outside for direct sunlight 2 to three times a week as well.
