Meet some of the kids! Finally figured out the pics upload thing.
Image
Peaches just hanging out. She's my biggest Dumeril girl. Hope she'll have babies soon. She and Herb have been get jiggy with it but she is still eating so don't know.
Image
Sweet companionship!Madagascariensis babies. They are not very bright and sometimes end up biting themselves when lunging for prey.
Image
Cuban boy - Castro. They are nervous little guys. Still have to grow into their reputations. They "emote" all over me when I pick them up. They are iridiscent in the light. Love em!
Image
His brother Guevarra - the more handsome of the two hence his name. They can throw quite a hissy fit if you disturb them too much
Image
Baron Samedi - my blood python. He is the biggest softie under the sun.

Who goes there? Smokes my big Cali King boy.

I'm going to BITE you! Baby Sawu with ATTITUDE!

One of my Jungley's in hunt mode. They are the best of the ballet dancers

Very nice Boadicea. Thanks for sharing. Which boas have you bred before?

Just a word of warning. Madagascan boas (but also Dumerils on occassion) are known to be cannibalistic and I would think twice about housing youngsters together. Mostly it is at breeding time when males will constrict and eat other males. I have seen baby dumerils boas constricting each other.

It would be a great loss if that happened so if possible try to keep each one in its own cage. They live together happily for years and then suddenly one morning the killing starts.
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.
