Hello guys, is there any breeder Homopus signatus or areolatus?
Or you know someone who breeds them?

I do not know of anyone who has these on permit and legally keeps or breeds them.
The only way to get hold of those species would be to go and poach them - which is illegal!
If you are looking to purchase these tortoises, you probably stand a better chance of finding some from breeders in europe, than in the country where they naturally occur -sad but true!
The only tortoises that are usually kept here by private individuals are C.angulata and G.pardalis.

The angulata can be exported legally to Europe?

Sorry,but i don't think it's possible.
Most provinces have regulations in place, that protect our tortoises from being shipped overseas.
If at all,i believe this could only be done via someone who exports reptiles from kwazulu natal.
