Male Leopard gecko's

Male Leopard gecko's

Postby Snake Charmer » Mon Nov 30, 2009 10:24 am

Is it possible to house 2 males together without having a commotion between them?

Both of them were with females before, but unfortunately they lost their mates. So will it be a problem to house these two males together (no females in or near enclosure)?

Not a good idea to keep two males together often they will fight and one becomes dominate over the other and will more then likely get all the food. Separate is best.
Organized crime comes in more forms than one.

Ya normally it is not a good idea but you always get an exception,
I have 2 males at home that live together and have done so for the last year. They have been fine but as soon as you introduce another male they gang up on the new male (quite scary!!) even if there is a female in the tank they are fine.
(I actually think they are gay but don't tell them I said that!!)
