Very chuffed :)

Very chuffed :)

Im so very happy with my gecko's improvement that I just had to share. About a month ago I got given a juvenile leopard gecko that was very shy and not used to handling at all. She would scream everytime her tank was opened and it was impossible to even place food without upsetting her. Last week she started showing interest in the glass of her tank and tonight she willingly climbed onto my hand, and up my arm, several times. And all it took was patience and a gentle persistence. I dont doubt that this is a common story but being my first gecko Im so proud i just had to share this big step :-)

Wonderful news. Now to go on and enjoy for the next few years...

Amzddd dont feel too bad in the beginning all the young leopard gecko's are like this.
Once they get to a month+ they settle down nicely and become awesome geckos.
Good on you for taking the time and getting it settled.
