I'd rather call the male a Super-Hypo Tangerine Baldy. In SA, as far as I'm aware, the "requirement" for a gecko to be called a carrot-tail is that it must have 15% carrot-tail.
Judging by the female's eyes, I think she's a Tremper Albino, and if she produced an Albino baby with a het Tremper, that proves it even further. The picture may not show the true colour of her eyes, so the male may infact be a het Bells Albino. The 3 strains of Albino are all incompatible, so they'd have to be the same strain in order to produce homozygous babies in the first generation.
