Galapagos tortoises

Postby LAMB Pythons » Sun Oct 27, 2013 1:11 pm

Me and my other half got taken behind the scenes at ZSL London Zoo, and meeting the Galapagos tortoises was our highlight of the day. I couldn't not take pictures, and these guys were huge!

You are so lucky. I love behind the scene tours. Those are the only worthwhile trips to any zoo or park.

I so agree Bushviper, I became friends with the manager of the Zoo and he offered to take us, felt like a kid in a candy store :D Me and Tanya, obviously enjoyed the reptile section more.
Anther thing I love about London Zoo is, they do a lot of conservation work.
