People want to buy Kings, just not adults, I have a couple of kings but I bought all as baby kings and raised them myself, I know that adult kings are difficult to sell, I see a large Albino male at a local pet shop and they have been trying for months to sell him.
Sad he's a beautiful striped albino.

Adult is anything 3+ years in my opinion, I paid R500 for my Albino Cali Male baby, R400 for my Eastern Chain Female.

But I have to add this is from an excellent breeder.

I know of Mexican Black baby's selling in the same Price range. Normal Cali Kings sell between R200 and R400, I have seen them as low as R180.

For year lings that seems okay I think, it would help if you are willing to negotiate on the prices, Advertise them in the Classifieds on here and post some Pics with the Add.

King snakes are canabalistic. So just watch out of putting more than one together!

With regards to prices. I bought my albino kings for R350. I would not pay more than 500 for a yearling and 700 for an adult.

You all keep using the term "king" so broadly.
There are 50 different species/subspecies of Lampropeltis all having different prices.
In USD they go anywhere from $30 to $2000 depending on what king, morph, lineage, etc. is being sold.
