Fish tanks are not the best to use. They do not insulate and lose heat very quickly. It may be warmer in your room which allows the cage in your room to get warmer. Possibly look at putting in another heating pad or two in the 1meter cage.

My heating pads are all atleast a third of the cages. BB lets say I find a way to make the room warmer like have a few of those heat emitters or infra red lights or something similar, do you think this would be enough to make the cages warmer as well?

It should help. I used to use an oil heater in the past which has helped.
