It's obviously one of the Agama family. I would venture a guess at Southern Rock Agama. They occur over a large area in SA. I rescued one out of Froot and Tatiana's pool a while ago.
Be sure not to get bitten as they have quite nasty little teeth in their mouths.
I think it's cool to have some of those resident in your back garden.
