Lizard ID

Hi all

I found this lizard under a slab of cement yesterday. It looks like a western sandveld lizard (Nucras tessellata) but it has blotches on its sides instead of stripes. Is it just a color variation or is it perhaps a different subspecies/species?

I think you have the genus right, but not the species.

I recon that's a juvenile Nucras holubi.

Typed in a google search with the correct species name and most definitely Nucras holubi. Thanks again!
