Hatching waiting frustrations

Hatching waiting frustrations

Postby ewertb » Thu Jan 25, 2018 8:09 am

Have 5 eggs in the incubator for 58 days now cooking at 31.7C (they seemingly recommended 89F). Very conflicting information out there though with indications at this temperature being ranges some of 52-54 days and others 57-60 days. Not sure what to believe anymore but the wait is tying my nerves in a knot... :-?

Especially as this is only my 2nd clutch, the 1st having been unsuccessful (2 partly calcified eggs and 4 slugs, out of season; one pipped but both died still in the egg).
