Give the scientific names please. You get a yellow coloured white lipped tree viper too.

If you have two different species dont even try it. Most of the tree vipers will take a swipe at each other. I know an eyelash viper nailed a white lipped viper and that only took about two minutes to die.

White lips usually go for around R300 as babies. That's if they are eating mice already. Sometimes you pick them up for R150 because they're not on mice yet.

When there are a lot of babies around, you get them at that price. They were selling them for R300 at the Expo here in Gauteng last year, and this year. I'm sure next year wont be any different.

Trimeresurus Albolabris require a tropical setup climbing branches lots of leaves and humidity. I use peatmoss for the substrate it helps keep the humidity up. The temperature needs to be kept at 80 during winter months all the time. I mist my albolabris at least twice a week. A shallow water dish is also needed. I recommend both temperature and humidity gages. Should the humidity get too high you will have mold forming inside the enclosure not good. I remove the Albolabris once a month to clean and disenfect the enclosure all climbing branches, leaves and water dish. Keep one thing in mind Albolabris are very aggressive and they will have no problem biting the hand that feeds them. They will attack when they get mad. I have had my Albolabris climb up the hook trying to bite. These snakes will lure you in acting laid back then when you are within stiking range you get nailed. They will also sometimes stalk moving very slowly towards you just like you were a mouse.

What will Albolabris venom do? Your hand and arm will swell almost double normal size vomiting usually occurs. If the venom load is high, tissue near the bite will turn black, blood blisters also form infection well set in. Surgery to remove damaged tissue and skin graphs are very likley. Albolabris sleep during the day most of the time and are very active at night. Albolabris are not play toys keep that in mind.

Yellow White lipped tree vipers would probably cost about R2000 each because they are pretty rare.

I have two normal green females that have been mated with and should have babies by the end of the year. I will let you know.
