krieky had 27 babies on Sunday with no slugs or unfertilized eggs

Anyone else had such a large clutch?
You know, you can touch a stick of dynamite, but if you touch a venomous snake it’ll turn around and bite you and kill you so fast it’s not even funny.

That is the most I have heard of from one White lip female. Now to get them to feed. Hope they take pinkies first time.

@ Mr Venom
I have no idea. Could have been a slug that got stuck or could have been a rupture. I kept her in the freezer for a very long time never got to doing an investation so yea will never know why. She wasnt very big and giving me 16babies was astonishing. I was hoping for 8.

Wow I am so sorry whitelipp but out of one you got sixteen so it's not that bad but I would be sad if one of my snakes just die out of the blue. So so sorry.

Thanks everyone - 27 is a lot, mom seems fine and had a small rat pup - she was hungry!!!

I get these guys to feed easy - just takes a bit of patience.
Trying rat pup legs instead of beef heart this time from the get go it seems they develop a taste for beef heart so want to get them on rodents

Anyone know of any 8 legged rat pups??? :-)
