As common as they are, they are some of my favourite snakes. Can't wait to breed my female next year!

Have you seen the price tags on these guy's the past 2 years and I haven't seen many around these days not like in the past.

You must be looking in the wrong places ;-) in the past two years I've seen good numbers for sale including neonates @ R100-150 (some gecko / non-feeders, others feeding on pinks), established juveniles @ R200ea and even an adult female @ R600.
