Some advice on western diamondback rattlers please urgent.

Hi guys, I have a friend who is trying to sell his just over a meter female western diamond back. And I have been out of hots for a while. I would really appreciate some advice as to what the going rate is for a snake of this size. She is two years old, got 9 rattles. And generally good health. I dont want to insult him, nor do I want to be done in.
